Had this mic for about a week before it wouldn't key up. I guess back to my old Skythumper 65DX Chrome Microphone

I was always a Road King Mic.user and now am using 2 radios with the Astatic 636L.

Actually they perform as well if not better than the Road King and have never had the spring inside break on an Astatic Mic.

The Road Kings were always breaking.

The 636L does a great job with my Galaxy 44V and my Cobra 29LTD.

Both radios have been modded to the hilt and put out the power.

No feedback at all with the 636L.
