Excellent Product, volume levels extra loud so you can actually hear what people are saying. People are always surprised that I am on a bluetooth because your voice is heard so well on the other side. I am on the phone nearly 3 hours everyday while driving and never have a problem with hearing or others hearing me. Very comfortable while other bluetooths I have owned in the past have always hurt my head due to the hard plastic, the cushions on this one make it comfortable to wear all day long.
This is an amazing headset. There is two items worth noting however. The headband is very tight and with extended wear starts hurting your ear. The sound quality to the other person is remarkable with no road or background noise when driving. I have to admit though I wish it had a little more treble than bass because depending on who you are talking to it can seem muffled. Overall a great headset with a lot of talk time. No bells or whistles with caller ID but I bought it to use in my truck only and at $30 is very reasonable.
